The Oasis
A perfect urban escape at the Oasis
The Oasis Outdoor Swimming Pool is a place where you can relax in the city center with the refreshing view of Namsan Mountain.
In line with the nature-friendly image of the global hotel chain brand Banyan Tree, the Oasis is finished with natural materials such as stones and trees, so the longer you stay, the more comfortable you feel. The 23 cabanas that reproduce the feeling of the Banyan Tree Resort’s pool villas are equipped with private pools for an even more private rest. The bright emerald tone hot water pool maintains a pleasant temperature, allowing you to enjoy outdoor swimming for a longer time. The outdoor kitchen presents simple snacks, single menus, and a BBQ buffet at the poolside with a panoramic view of the sunset in the evening.

Information
- Facility access may be limited depending on weather conditions, events, or other activities. Please check availability prior to your visit.
(Please note that some facilities will be restricted on 5/16–17 and 9/12–13 due to a Sunset Market event.) - Entry and use of the facilities are permitted after payment. Food and beverage items are also served after payment is completed.
- The children’s rate applies to ages 36 months to 13 years. Infants under 36 months may enter free of charge when accompanied by one guardian (e.g., parent or caregiver).
- The heated pool is operated flexibly depending on weather conditions.
- In accordance with the "Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources", disposable plastic bags are provided at a charge.
NOTICE ON COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
- Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul (the “Hotel”) retains all rights, including copyrights and commercial usage rights related to the Hotel’s name, interior designs, and all related elements.
- Any form of photography or videography conducted within the Hotel for commercial purposes (including without limitation, advertising, promotions, and product sales) as well as any commercial use of the Hotel’s name, whether inside or outside the Hotel, strictly requires prior consultation with and written approval from the Hotel. If any commercial photography or videography is conducted without such prior consultation and approval, immediate legal action may be taken, including but not limited to the deletion of the filmed materials or posts, compensation for damages equivalent to venue rental fees, and restrictions on Hotel usage.
- If you wish to conduct commercial photography or videography, please submit a request to the Hotel’s Marketing Team at least seven (7) days in advance. Venue rental fees will be applied and may vary depending on the scale, location, time, and nature of the content.
Restrictions
- Prohibited items: Outside food (including beverages and alcohol), drones, hula hoops, electronic devices (speakers), balloons, large floats, etc.
- For safety and comfort, personal belongings may be checked upon entry. No storage service is provided for prohibited items.
- Strollers and pets are not permitted.
- In the main pool, only arm tubes and life jackets are allowed. Other flotation devices and toys are not permitted.
- Guests with tattoos larger than 15 × 15 cm may enter only when covered with a patch or rash guard. A personal rash guard is required.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the Oasis area, including cabanas.

Cabana Inclusions
- Champagne(750 ml), Fruits and Snacks, Bottled Water, Soft Drinks

Usage Guidelines
- Cabanas can be reserved once per day, per person.
- Facility use may be limited depending on weather conditions, events, or other activities. Please check availability prior to your visit.
(Please note that some facilities will be restricted on 5/16–17 and 9/12–13 due to a Sunset Market event.) - On the day of use, full refund and cancellation are available if more than 10 mm of rainfall is forecast, based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast 2 hours prior to opening.
(Day cabana: as of 9:00 AM / Night cabana: as of 4:00 PM) - Night cabanas will not be in operation on 7/11, 18, 25 and 8/1, 8, 15, 16, 22.
Cancellation Policy
- 3 days prior: No cancellation fee / Within 2 days to 1 day prior: 50% of cabana fee / Same day cancellation: 100% of cabana fee
