Ice Rink General Operating Policy
- 1 The Oasis is allowed to enter for guests who have purchased Ice Rink Ticket or Entrance Ticket.
- 2 Entrance Ticket includes a welcome drink. (Americano or Hot Chocolate)
- 3 Children aged 3 to 13 years must be accompanied by guardians.
- 4 For safety issues, gloves are mandatory and speed skates are restricted in the ice rink.
- 5 Food or beverages purchased outside are not allowed to bring in.
- 6 For safety issues, strollers and pets are not allowed in all areas of the Oasis.
- 7 All areas of The Oasis are smoke - free.
- 8 Please check before visiting to avoid restrictions on use due to special events or weather conditions.
- 9 The Oasis Ice Rink will be closed early at 17:00 on Dec 23 (Sat), Dec 24 (Sun) due to the Night Skating Event.

- Public Guests must purchase Ice Rink Ticket separately when taking 1 Session Lesson..
- Lessons take 40 minutes and are available for 2 or less people.
- 100% penalty fee is charged for cancellations on the day of lesson.
- Lesson schedules may change due to weather and rink condition.
