- Free modification or cancellation is available up to 5 days prior to arrival.
- Rates are based on one night for two adults in one room and are exclusive of tax.
- Rates are subject to change based on room availability and occupancy.
- Additional charges apply for extra guests.
- Promotional gifts included in the package are provided once per stay. Breakfast is provided once per night.
- Cabana access is available once during the stay.
- Package inclusions and gifts are subject to change without prior notice due to operational circumstances.
- The Fitness Centre and Sauna are closed on the first Tuesday of each month for regular maintenance.

The Oasis Information
- This promotion is available for 4 people.
- The main pool, kids' pool, and Jacuzzi are only available during operating hours of the Oasis.
(Cabana guests cannot use sunbeds next to the main pool.)
- The temperature of the pools are subject to change due to the weather.
- Cabana operating schedule is subject to in case of special events or weather conditions. Please check ahead before you visit. (Due to a private event, cabana use will be unavailable on August 26.)
- Advanced payment is required for the admission fees and food & beverage.
- Guests who have medical condition which may affect safety and comfort of other guests are restricted from facilities.

- Food and beverage purchased outside, drones, whistles and portable speakers are prohibited.
※ Food and beverage purchased outside cannot be stored.
※ When caught in possession of alcoholic beverages, a penalty of KRW 150,000 per bottle will be imposed.
- Bringing decoration articles such as balloons and garlands are prohibited.
- Commercial shooting and merchandise sales are not permitted at the Oasis Pool and Cabanas.
- Taking photos, videos, recordings of others without consent is strictly prohibited, and is subject to legal action.
- For safety issues, strollers and pets are prohibited in all areas of the Oasis.
- In order to prevent the locker key from being lost, a deposit of KRW 80,000 will be paid on site.
- Guests must cover up tattoos over 15cmX15cm with a tattoo patch or rash guard.
- All areas of the Oasis including the cabana zone are smoke-free.
