Cancellation Policy
- 3 days prior: No cancellation fee
- 2 to 1 day prior: 50% of the cabana rate
- Same day cancellation: 100% of the cabana rate
- In the event of forecasted rainfall of 10mm or more per hour based on the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast issued 2 hours prior to opening on the day of use, a full refund and cancellation are available.
(Day Cabana: based on the 9:00 AM forecast / Night Cabana: based on the 4:00 PM forecast) -
Information
- Cabana selection is available on a first come, first served basis, and access may be limited in the event of overbooking.
- The Oasis cabanas are operated based on 4 guests.
- Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the designated occupancy.
※ The maximum occupancy for a 4 guest cabana is 5 guests.
- The Main Pool, Kids Pool, and Jacuzzi are available only during operating hours. Guests using cabanas are not permitted to use the Main Pool sunbeds.
- The heated pool temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
- Cabana operations may be subject to change depending on weather conditions, private events, or special occasions. Please check prior to use.
- Admission may be restricted for guests whose condition may affect public safety and hygiene, including conjunctivitis, skin conditions, or other infectious diseases.
- Outside food, alcoholic beverages, drones, whistles, speakers, and other electronic devices are not permitted. Please cooperate with the inspection process upon entry.
※ No separate storage service will be provided for outside food or alcoholic beverages identified during the inspection process.
- Decorative items for cabana use, including balloons and garlands, are not permitted at The Oasis Pool or cabanas.
- Commercial photography and product sales are not permitted at The Oasis Pool or cabanas.
- Unauthorized photography of other guests is strictly prohibited. Individuals involved in filming or distribution may be subject to legal action.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, strollers and pets are not permitted.
- A deposit of KRW 80,000 will be charged on site to prevent loss of locker keys and will be refunded upon key return.
- Guests with tattoos larger than 15cm × 15cm may enter only when the tattoos are covered with a tattoo patch or rash guard.
- The Oasis outdoor pool, including cabanas, is a non-smoking area.
- For safety reasons, valet service is available only at The Club Building entrance. (Additional charges apply)
- In accordance with the "Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources", disposable plastic bags are provided at a charge.
